Quality policy
The Management of LAIEX, S.L. it is aware of the importance of quality as a strategic factor in the competitiveness of our company and is fully involved in the assurance and continuous improvement of all our processes and products.
To ensure and increase the trust and satisfaction of interested parties, the Management of LAIEX, S.L. is committed to the implementation, maintenance and improvement of a Quality Management System based on the model of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standard “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”. The quality policy established by the framework for the implementation and operation of the system is as follows:
• Ensure that the needs and expectations of interested parties are determined, to transform them into requirements and, through compliance, achieve their satisfaction.
• Create and maintain the awareness of all LAIEX, S.L. staff, about the importance of complying with customer and legal requirements.
• Periodically establish quality objectives and define the necessary indicators for their measurement and monitoring.
• Identify, understand and systematically manage all the processes necessary to achieve the planned objectives.
• Assign the necessary human resources and technical means at all times, to implement and improve processes and to achieve the objectives.
• Create a climate favorable to the promotion of quality, which allows the participation of all staff in the achievement of the objectives of the organization and in continuous improvement.
• Provide all personnel with the necessary training both to improve skills in their workplace, and to gain greater knowledge of the Quality Management System.
• Respond to all dissatisfactions made by customers in the form of claims or complaints and monitor their satisfaction, to guide the objectives and goals of the organization towards the client.
• Systematically collect and analyze the necessary data (customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, results of audits, non-conforming products, claims, supplier evaluation, etc.) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System and thus apply the appropriate actions to achieve continuous improvement.
• Strengthen collaboration with suppliers to increase responsiveness to customers and optimize costs and resources.
The Management of LAIEX, S.L., assumes the commitment to update, explain and disseminate this quality policy, and monitor its compliance throughout the company and, where appropriate, to its suppliers and its customers.
