Quality Policy
The Management of LAIEX, S.L. is aware of the importance of quality as a strategic factor in the competitiveness of our company and is fully involved in guaranteeing and continuously improving all our processes and products. To ensure and increase the trust and satisfaction of all interested parties, the Management of LAIEX, S.L. commits to implement, maintain and improve a Quality Management System based on the model of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 standard “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”. The quality policy that establishes the framework of reference for the implementation and functioning of the system is as follows:
- Ensure that the needs and expectations of the interested parties are determined so as to transform them into requirements and, by fulfilling them, achieve their satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain the awareness of all the LAIEX, S.L. staff regarding the importance of fulfilling client and legal requirements.
- Periodically establish quality objectives and define the necessary indicators for the measurement and follow-up thereof.
- Systematically identify, understand and manage all the processes necessary to achieve the planned objectives.
- Assign the human resources and technical means necessary at all times to implement and improve the processes and achieve the fulfilment of the objectives.
- Create a climate that favours the promotion of quality and that encourages the participation of all the staff in achieving the objectives of the organisation and in the continuous improvement.
- Provide all the staff with the training necessary both to improve their skills within the setting of their job position as well as to achieve greater familiarity with the Quality Management System.
- Respond to all dissatisfactions formulated by customers in the form of claims or complaints and carry out a follow-up of their satisfaction, in order to orient the objectives and goals of the organisation towards the customer.
- Systematically collect and analyse the necessary data (customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, audit results, non-compliant products, claims, supplier evaluation, etc.) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System and in this way apply the appropriate actions to achieve continuous improvement.
- Enhance collaboration with suppliers to increase responsiveness to customers and optimise costs and resources.
The Management of LAIEX, S.L., is committed to updating, explaining and disseminating this quality policy, and to monitoring its compliance throughout the company and, where appropriate, to its suppliers and customers.
