LAITEX Z-8050 is a dispersion of a carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer in an aqueous medium.
It is characterised by its high stiffness, making it suitable for all textile applications where a finish with a hard touch is required.

LAITEX Z-8050 gives high stiffness to textile articles and can therefore be used as is and also as a hard component in mixtures with other dispersions.
This emulsion can be used in the usual impregnation and coating systems. For the manufacture of reinforcing materials for footwear, the impregnation process with subsequent squeezing in the opening between the rollers or the double-sided squeegeeing process has proved to be very successful. Drying can be carried out at 100-140°C.
This product is particularly suitable for the manufacture of reinforcing materials for footwear and in general for all applications where a product of high hardness is required.
LAITEX Z-8050 latex is heat-activatable.
