LAITEX Z-0113 is an aqueous dispersion of a high solids styrene-butadiene copolymer. It is of medium-high hardness.

Applications:
LAITEX Z-0113 has been developed for the manufacture of vulcanised foams for foam insoles in the footwear industry.
The latex can be used in gel foam manufacturing processes, with ammonium acetate, as well as in non-gel processes.
Foams made with this product are characterised by good abrasion resistance, elasticity and delamination properties.
Latex is also suitable for the manufacture of foams for other applications, such as carpet backings, mattress manufacture, roof coverings and the modification of asphalt emulsions. In mattress manufacturing, it is generally blended with approximately 20% natural latex.
