Applications:
LAITEX NT-5275 is designed for the production of thermoformable needlepunched carpets for flooring in the automotive industry.
It is suitable for the impregnation of hot thermoformable nonwovens. Carpets and fibrous materials for rigid and hot formed parts have very high dimensional stability.
It stands out thanks to its fast drying properties and its high resistance to deformation.
It is applied by foulard and squeegee on one side, and the viscosity can be adjusted by adding non-associative acrylic thickener.
It can be foamed using an in-line industrial foamer.
