LAITEX N-5353 is a dispersion of a carboxylated styrene butadiene copolymer. It is characterised by its high stiffness, making it suitable for all textile applications where a finish with a hard touch is required.

Applications:
LAITEX N-5353 imparts high rigidity to textile articles and can therefore be used as it is and also as a hard component in mixtures of other dispersions.
LAITEX N-5353 is particularly suitable for the manufacture of reinforcement materials for footwear and in general for all applications where a product of high hardness is required.
LAITEX N-5353 can be applied in the usual impregnation and coating installations.
For the production of reinforcing materials for footwear, the impregnation process with subsequent wringing out in the opening between the rollers or the double-sided squeegeeing process has proven to be very successful. Drying can be carried out at 100-140oC.
LAITEX N-5353 is heat-activatable.
