Applications:
LAITEX N-1613 is used in the formulation of compounds for the manufacture of vulcanized foams in the textile industry (carpet backings) and the footwear industry (vulcanized foam insoles).
It can be used in both gel foam processes, using ammonium acetate, and non-gel foam processes.
It provides excellent abrasion resistance, good elasticity, and high delamination resistance.
It is particularly suitable where a foam with good hardness, elasticity, and resilience is required.
It is also suitable for the manufacture of mattresses (where it is generally blended with approximately 20% natural latex), as well as for roof waterproofing and asphalt emulsions.
