LAICRIL T-2171 is a mild acrylic emulsion that has been specially developed as a base coat for high coverage coatings. It is free from formaldehyde and alkylphenol ethoxylate emulsifiers (APEO).
LAICRIL T-2171-based formulations exhibit low surface tack, excellent plate release and excellent print retention.
Applications made with formulations based on this emulsion are particularly resistant to “shear” when etched at high temperatures and pressures.
