LAICRIL C-8220 is an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of acrylic esters that is free from plasticisers, solvents, ammonia and ethoxylated alkylphenol emulsifiers.

Applications:
LAICRIL C-8220 has very good film formation and excellent binding properties with high water and alkali resistance.
Because its formulation is free from plasticisers, solvents, ammonia or ethoxylated alkylphenols, and due to its low minimum film-forming temperature, it is particularly suitable for the formulation of environmentally friendly coatings.
This emulsion is also suitable for the manufacture of elastic coatings, without the addition of plasticisers. It has been proven that it exhibits good anchorage on cement, plaster, etc… It is an emulsion with low water absorption.
Paints and varnishes formulated with this resin known as LAICRIL C-8220 offer excellent anti-efflorescence protection. For the formulation of anti-efflorescence varnishes, it is recommended to dilute the product in water in a 1:1 ratio for perfect penetration in the substrate.
