LAICON Z-0124 is a compound formulated from high solids styrene-butadiene latex and low-ammonia latex with mineral fillers and other selected additives.

Applications:
The LAICON Z-0124 compound is used in the footwear industry for the manufacture of vulcanised latex foam for insoles, and has been developed for the manufacture of high quality non-gel foam.
The compound is also used for the manufacture of articles requiring a medium-hard foam with good mechanical properties.
It must be mixed with part B, which is the vulcaniser, in a ratio of 95.50 / 4.50 before use.
PROCEDURE: Once both parts (A and B) have been mixed according to the indicated proportions, the product is foamed until it reaches the required density in each case. At this time, the product is ready to be applied on the textile base.
The vulcanisation process requires a heat input of 140-150ºC for 10 min. in a drying oven.
