Hot-formed carpets or fabrics of fibrous materials for rigid parts made of LAICON NT-5474 are characterised by their very high dimensional stability and high resistance to deformation.
LAICON NT-5474 is generally applied via the one-sided impregnation process. It can be used as a foam by air insufflation.
LAICON NT-5474 is generally used for the manufacture of rigid parts.
The working temperature of the furnace is usually 125-145°C.
