Applications:
LAIVIL Z-9353/1 is a vinyl acetate and veova copolymer, harder than Laivil Z-9344, with a viscosity of 500-3000 mPa.s. It acts as a heat-sealable adhesive and exhibits its heat-sealable properties from approximately 120ºC.
It is suitable for application with most systems commonly used in the textile industry (scraper, roller, etc.).
Drying can be carried out at room temperature (above 10ºC) or forced drying in a tunnel at 40-50ºC. Once dry, it is completely transparent, so there are no usage limitations. In general, it is used for footwear (reinforcement of toes and heel counters), leather, textiles, and finishes.
It can be diluted with water in any proportion, taking into account the decrease in adhesive power and the increase in open time.
The emulsion incorporates bactericides from the origin to prevent problems of microbiological contamination that may cause alterations of the product.
