LAITEX N-5332

LAITEX N-5332 is a carboxylated butadiene-styrene copolymer dispersion used as a binder in the textile industry.

It is a dispersion intended for the impregnation and coating of needlepunched fabrics.

Total solids: 50% ± 1 – Method I-10-31

Applications:

The LAITEX N-5332 latex is especially recommended for the following applications:

  • Impregnation of needlepunched fabrics (semi-impregnation or full bath).
  • Production of pre-backing compounds.

LAITEX N-5332 bestows needlepunched fabrics with the following properties:

  • High rigidity of items of any weight.
  • Weak bleaching on polypropylene.
  • Excellent wear behaviour in LISSON and BTW controls, on all types of fibres and in particular on polyamide.
