LAICRIL T-2118

LAICRIL T-2118 is a polymeric dispersion based on acrylic esters that is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEO) emulsifiers and plasticisers.

LAICRIL T-2118 is especially recommended for the treatment of nonwovens and very soft finishes.

Applications:

LAICRIL T-2118 is a heat-crosslinkable polymer applying a temperature of 120-140ºC for approximately 1 – 5 minutes, which gives it good resistance to U.V. radiation and to solvents commonly used in washing.

LAICRIL T-2118 as is, or in mixtures with other “LAICRIL”-type acrylic dispersions, is used in the textile industry for the following applications:

  • Smooth finishes.
  • Non-woven binder.
  • Flocking
