LAICRIL EA-1215 is a water-based dispersion of polyacrylic acids, free of plasticizers
and alkylphenol ethoxylated emulsifiers (APEO).

Applications:
LAICRIL EA-1215 is used exclusively as a thickening agent for all types of
“LAICRIL”.
The percentage to add depends on the required viscosity. With 2-4% of LAICRIL EA-1215 on the total formulation, it is enough to reach a viscosity of 50,000 – 70,000 mPa·s.
To achieve the full development of the thickening agent and the consequent thickening of the resin, it is
necessary to adjust the pH of the mixture (resin + LAICRIL EA-1215) to 8.0 with the addition of ammonia or another
base, always with agitation.
