Prevention policy

The management of the LAIEX Company is committed to developing an occupational risk prevention policy based on the following principles:

• Integrating the prevention policy into the production Process of the LAIEX company constitutes a permanent and priority objective with the aim of improving working conditions, geared towards obtaining an adequate level of protection for workers as well as preventing material damage and reducing work absenteeism. It seeks to ensure the commitment and well-being of its staff in the area of their occupational health and safety.
• The integration of the Prevention of Occupational Risks is the duty and responsibility of each and every person who works at the LAIEX Company, whereby the Management and middle management shall lead the efforts, and the operators shall follow the procedures and guidelines established and, primarily, shall contribute to all possible improvements by way of their Prevention Officers in order to ensure their jobs are safer every single day.
• As the head of the LAIEX Company, I commit to guaranteeing the Health and Safety of the workers, providing the appropriate resources for the smooth functioning of the Integrated Occupational Risk Prevention Management System, disseminating it to all members of staff and enforcing compliance therewith. For this, I have no hesitation that I can count on the collaboration of each and every person who makes up the Company.
• Communicating and sharing the Company’s objectives in terms of prevention and the measures to be adopted to achieve them with each and every one of the workers of LAIEX.
