LAIVIL Z-2160 is an acrylic ester copolymer suitable for use as a heat-sealable adhesive in the textile industry. It has heat-sealable properties starting at approximately 100°C.

Applications:
LAICRIL Z-2160 can be applied using most systems employed in the textile industry (squeegee, roller, etc.).
Drying can be done at room temperature (above 10°C) or by forced drying in a tunnel at 40-50°C, followed by heat sealing at a temperature of 100°C or higher.
Once dry, it is completely transparent, thus limiting its applications. It is generally used for footwear (reinforcing toe and heel counters), leather, textiles, finishing, etc
