LAICRIL C-7445 is a water-based acrylic-styrenated dispersion, free from plasticisers, solvents and alkylphenol ethoxylate emulsifiers. It is mainly used in the construction industry.

Applications:
LAICRIL C-7445 is a water-based styrene-acrylic copolymer with fine particle size and high anchorage, with an excellent balance between film elasticity and toughness. It has low water absorption and virtually no water whitening.
This product is used for the manufacture of acrylic sealants, adhesives for tiles and coatings for different surfaces and also as a binder for siliceous aggregates and stones in general of different granulometries, thus preventing the loss of the aggregates placed in roundabouts, tree surrounds, parks, etc…
For this application, dilution with water is recommended.
The LAICRIL C-7445 resin is an emulsion with a TMFF of 18°C, so for its correct film formation it is necessary to add a coalescent. For this product it is necessary to add 2.5 – 3.0% Texanol or a coalescent with similar characteristics. After adding the coalescent, the dilution of the product will depend on the granulometry of the aggregates and the degree of compaction to be achieved.
As with any emulsion to which water is added, a bactericide and an anti-foaming agent must be added.
