LAITAC ZPS-3715 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl-acrylic copolymer free from plasticisers, solvents and ethoxylated alkylphenols, especially suitable for use as a self-adhesive.

Applications:
LAITAC ZPS-3715 is particularly suitable for use as a self-adhesive on various substrates.
It is characterised by its high adhesion, cohesion, tack and peel values. In many formulations, additions of tackifiers are not necessary as the values alone are very high.
In any case, LAITAC ZPS-3715 is compatible with the majority of these products.
If it is necessary to increase the viscosity, it can be increased by the addition of ammonia, or by the addition of cellulosic thickeners, polyurethanes and acrylic acid derivatives.
This emulsion is used for the manufacture of self-adhesives for textiles, footwear, labels, etc.
- Peel at 180°C – 20 minutes: > 6 Nw/cm
- Peel at 180°C – 24 hours: > 10 Nw/cm
- Shear (up to separation): > 4 hours
- Tack rolling ball: < 25 cm
- Loop tack: > 2 Nw/cm
These results have been obtained on applications of 20 gr/m2 dry, on untreated polyester and stainless steel substrates.
