LAICON NT-5446

LAICON NT-5446 is a thickened and foamed aqueous dispersion compound based on a thermo styrene-butadiene latex with other selected additives, intended for the manufacture of thermoformable needlepunched carpets for the automotive industry and also for coating in the field of nonwovens.

Applications:

Hot-formed carpets or fabrics of fibrous materials for rigid parts made of LAICON NT-5446 are characterised by their very high dimensional stability and high resistance to heat deformation.

It is applied via the one-side impregnation process and can be applied as foam by means of an in-line industrial foaming machine.
