LAICRIL Z-4237 is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic esters that is free from alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO), ammonia, solvents and plasticisers. It is of medium hardness.

Applications:
The LAICRIL Z-4237 emulsion has very good film formation and excellent binding properties with high water and alkali resistance.
Due to its low viscosity, a perfect formulation of the compounds is achieved. Furthermore, its formulation free from plasticisers, solvents, ammonia and ethoxylated alkylphenols, together with its low minimum film-forming temperature, makes it particularly suitable for the formulation of environmentally friendly paints.
It is used for the preparation of flexible paints for leather used for leather goods (belts, bags) and shoe soles.
It is an acrylic emulsion which, when neutralising agents are added, may display an increase in viscosity.
