Applications:
LAICRIL P-1201 has very good film formation and excellent binding properties with high water and alkali resistance.
It is perfectly suitable for matt and medium PVC paints for exteriors and interiors.
This emulsion is particularly suitable for the production of elastic waterproofing coatings, maintaining its elastic properties for very long periods.
It has been proven that it exhibits good anchorage on cement, plaster, etc. It can also be used in types of paints that require a certain elasticity to absorb the dilatations of the construction and small cracks.
It is an emulsion with very little water absorption, which makes it ideal for waterproofing roofs and terraces, where there is water tightness.
It is also used to manufacture waterproofing façade coatings that resist different weather conditions well.
